But is it a real physical place or is it like an ethereal like kind of imaginary other type of existence

The Nazgul are going to live as long as the one ring exists. Actually, killing the witch king was a two-step process. When Merry stabbed the witch king with his barrow blade, THAT was the only way you could then kill him. That blade came out from the tombs where (in the book) the hobbits were captured by evil spirits and Tom Bombadil (also in the book) saved them. The blades were made for the wars against the witch kind a thousand or so years before and had spells that made the witch king into flesh when it wounded him. Without the barrow blade wound, Eowyn would not have been able to kill him.

It’s actually pretty simple… and it has nothing to do with any mortal wounds from the Witch King or Shelob. As a ring barer the dark power imprints itself on to them. It becomes part of your very fabric. It also elongates your life. That power will always seek to find a way to exert itself… as such, all ring barers are required to cross to the undying lands. In the extended histories (not in the movies), even Samwise goes to the undying lands after his wife dies. It is simply too risky for a ring barer to stay in middle earth in the age of men as men would seek out the ring barer and find ways to exploit the power. With Samwise, Eleanor stayed to protect him and when his wife died, Samwise went to the Grey Havens and sailed to the undying lands.

The tip of a Morghul blade cannot be removed. Despite Elrond's medicine that saved his life, Frodo will be killed as the blade tip slowly makes its way to his heart. That's why Frodo remained ill. He HAD to go to the Undying Lands.

Frodo left Middle Earth for healing, not immortality. He still died and his spirit went to the Timeless Halls of Iluvitar. That was the Gift of Men. Hobbits were related to Men.

For the witch king it’s not that they can’t be killed, they just can’t be killed by a living man, and Eowyn was a girl soo

Its because the ring was taken forcibly from Frodo unlike Bilbo who let go of it willingly. Deep inside Frodo he still longs for the ring. And there's no way that kind of scar could be healed in the Shire.

It's either a reward for his service (and Bilbo's for resisting the ring for five decades, which is a downright god-like feat), or for the Valar to personally ensure the complete cleansing of any remaining taint in either of them to make certain that Sauron can't take any action through them. Or both.

I watched another Lore video the other day and there it was stated that the elven rings were made after Sauron left and without his knowledge, so he doesn´t have any powers over them. So what is right now?

The elf rings were forged after the one ring yes but from memory the elf’s rings didn’t get corrupted because they weren’t forged with the help of man but by elf’s themselves they might have used the same metal but I’m drawing blanks I haven’t read the books for a while

Analyzing the Christian themes present in the book, the Ring represents Sin. Frodo and Bilbo bore the Sin of the world. Once Sin was destroyed they left to the Undying lands to live forever, for the wages of Sin are death.
